FAQs Order, Shipping, Exchanges & Return Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world and provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

Time frame for order delivery: 

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Most US orders are shipped by e-packet which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If more than 45 days have passed and you still haven't received your order, please email us at team@floately.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Return Policy

Kindly note that all items marked as ‘Sale’ will be excluded from our normal return policy and will NOT be eligible to be returned or exchanged. 

Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective. Because of the nature of this product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only.

You have the right to return products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving them. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kindly note that you may be subject to the shipping expenses when returning this package to us.

Floately does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at team@floately.com
